What we sell
Household goods — kitchen, table, storage, home and outdoor products — to consumers in Lebanon. We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and we cannot issue VAT invoices.
Prices
All prices are in US dollars and are the price you pay for the goods. Delivery is charged separately and is shown in your basket before you confirm the order, based on your governorate. We will never charge you more than the price shown when you placed the order.
If we have made an obvious pricing error and you could reasonably have recognised it as an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price.
Bundles
Bundle prices are prices, not time-limited offers. They do not expire. Where we show a “bought separately” figure, it is the current total of the individual products in that bundle on this site.
Placing an order
Adding items to your basket and confirming at checkout is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order.
We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we believe the order is not genuine.
Availability
We hold some items in our own warehouse in Lebanon and bring others in to order. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you promptly and refund or cancel that line in full.
Delivery
Delivery times, fees and free-delivery thresholds are set out on our Delivery page. If we miss the delivery window we quoted, you may ask for a replacement delivery or a full refund.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
You may cancel an online purchase within 10 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This is your right under Lebanese consumer protection law and we honour it. It does not apply to items made or personalised to your order, or to goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.
To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or email us within 10 days of delivery, quoting your order number. We will confirm and tell you how to return the item. If you are cancelling because you changed your mind, you pay the cost of returning it. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay — we arrange and cover collection.
Please return the item unused and in its original packaging where possible. You may unpack and examine an item as you would in a shop; if it comes back damaged beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
We refund within 7 working days of receiving the returned item, in cash or by local transfer. If you cancel the whole order we refund the delivery fee as well; if you keep part of it, we do not.
You may open and inspect your parcel in front of the courier before paying. If something is visibly wrong, refuse the parcel and tell us the same day.
Reviews
Reviews on this site are written by customers. We do not write reviews ourselves and we do not pay anyone to write them. We may remove a review that is abusive, off-topic, or not about the product.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Lebanese consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and disputes fall to the Lebanese courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
