Description
Nine madeleine shells in one silicone tray, 30 x 17 cm, which fits most home ovens without argument. Silicone releases the ridged side cleanly, so the shell pattern survives the trip out of the mould.
It goes in the oven, the microwave and the freezer, so the same tray does chocolates and jellies once the baking is finished.
