Description
Pour in the laban, leave it in the fridge for twelve hours, salt it, and you have labneh. The spring keeps pressure on the strainer so it drains properly rather than stopping halfway.
Rectangular, so it fits a fridge shelf better than a bowl and a cloth ever did.
