Description
Everything for falafel at home: a 5 cm dispenser spoon that shapes and drops the patty, a 36 cm wok, 30 cm tongs with a heat-resistant handle, and a draining rack.
The dispenser is the piece that makes it possible — shaping falafel by hand is where most attempts fail.
