We deliver across all of Lebanon. Your delivery fee and the free-delivery threshold depend on your governorate, and both are shown in your basket before you pay. We never add a delivery charge at the last step.

Next-day delivery in Beirut
Items we hold in our own warehouse can reach Beirut addresses the next working day when the order is placed before 14:00. Items we bring in to order take longer, and the product page tells you which is which. We only make the next-day promise where we can keep it.
Minimum order
The minimum order value is $20 before delivery.
If we are late
If we miss the delivery window we quoted you, you may ask for a replacement delivery or a full refund, including the delivery fee. Contact us and we will settle it — you do not have to argue for it.
What happens on the day
The courier calls you before arriving. You may open the parcel and check the goods before paying. If anything is wrong, refuse the parcel and tell us the same day.
